E) SUPPLY CHAINS

However, Buzz Drones only purchase from already well established manufacturers who comply to this policy such as DJI or Autel.

We understand that Buzz Drones’s first-tier suppliers are intermediary traders and therefore have further contractual relationships with lower-tier suppliers within the UK that comply to this policy.

Buzz Drones has not, to its knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved itself with modern slavery.

In accordance with section 54(4) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Buzz Drones has taken the following steps to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place:

Comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
• Make suppliers and service providers aware that we promote the requirements of this legislation. Only partner well established suppliers who also adhere to the requirements
• Consider modern slavery factors when making company decisions including procurement, incentives and recruitment
• Develop awareness of modern slavery issues which is included in all new employee inductions along with the other company policies such as code of conduct, anti-bribery etc.

Buzz Drones will;

• Continue to educate and make employees aware of the legislation and requirements
• Encourage suppliers and contractors to understand the requirements and take their own actions
• Ensure suppliers are not awarded contracts if they do not demonstrate their commitment to ensuring slavery and human trafficking are not taking place with their business

This statement is made in pursuance of section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed each financial year. It sets out the steps taken, and those which Buzz Drones intends to take in the future to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
